Kitui County Affordable Housing Project, Kalawa Road, is a Public Private Partnership between the Kitui County Government and Tecnofin Kenya ltd, a local real estate company.
It is locate along Kalawa Road, opposite WARMA offices, right within Kitui town. The project is in line with the President Kenyatta’s big 4 agenda; Pillar 4 on Affordable Housing.
Kitui County has experienced rapid growth stemming from devolution and modern affordable housing is a welcome and much needed development.
Kalawa Housing will provide a modern, unparalleled residential community with inbuilt amenities for comfortable organized living at a fraction of the market rate.
The housing boasts modern finishes, unobstructed view of Nzambani rock, flexible payment terms and proximity to the town and and other social amenities such as schools and hospitals.
Planned completion is 24 months from its launch date of December, 2020.
