Added Value Group Limited was established in 2004 and has its office located in Muthaiga at Oil Libya Plaza, first floor. The functions of AVG are anchored on Project Management, Sales and letting Agency. We have over 16 years experience giving us a competitive advantage in the market we currently operate in.
Our focus has always been to deliver great and successful products to our customers, and we are proud to say, we have successfully completed slightly above 20 projects, both housing and land over the years.
Putting customers first has placed us in a unique position with manly repeat, happy and satisfied clients who have been able to own homes through us. We undoubtedly have gained a great deal of referral business over the years, with projects quickly selling out once launched, being a strong indication of a brand that meets and delivers on its promises.
